Cereal/granola bars tend to have lots of added sugar, high fructose corn syrup and unhealthy fats, so it's not an ideal replacement for a real meal. Watch registered dietician Sharon Richter explain why these bars are not as healthy as we may think.
I tend not to suggest to have cereal bars or granola bars because most of them are going to be high in sugar, lots of added sugar some have high food [xx] in them too and they've unhealthy fats which are going to be good for your body, you're also going to be probably really quickly for that sugar.
So for years we all would hear the word granular and be like wow that must be healthy, but we forget they have the fats to make the little clusters, they have to have sugar to make it taste good so it's not going to be healthy for you. If you want make your own granular at home and in that way you can control sugar and the amount of fats that's added.
